With a strong foundation in video production and animation, I bring a versatile skill set to instructional design. Over the course of my career, I’ve contributed to the development of a wide range of courses and educational videos, combining creative storytelling with sound learning principles. While I’m well-versed in frameworks like ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy, my true strengths lie in curriculum development, motion graphics, and video production. These skills allow me to design learning experiences that are both engaging and effective. Below, you’ll find a few of the educational projects I’ve developed.
Workfront Customer Journey
The Workfront Customer Journey was a large training initiative I was in charge of. Here, you'll just see the video sections of the course combined into a long-form piece of content. The learner would have originally been directed through an eLearning course on our LMS with reading sections, games, and quizzes. The video sections of this course served as the backbone for the entire experience.
MACU New Hire Training
I developed all video sections for Mountain America's New Hire training program. This video is part of a training program designed to educate entry-level branch employees on basic banking concepts to help provide new hires with the context needed to do their jobs.
Workfront Proof Training
I developed this end-to-end course on Workfront's Proof product. This video is a compilation of all the video sections within the course. The learner would have originally been directed through an eLearning course on our LMS with reading sections, games, and quizzes. The video sections of this course served as the backbone for the entire experience. This course was also part of a larger admin certification course we offered.
Workfront + Slack Integration Training
I developed this training to train thousands of everyday Workfront users on how they could use our product within Slack.
